2019 was a huge year for me. My first six-figure year. Hospitals. Corporate clients. Sound baths around the city. The SoundEmbrace Certification Program was growing. Everything looked successful from the outside. At the end of one of our first ever certification we hosted this beautiful final event. Everyone went out and celebrated afterward with friends and family. And I remember carrying the last items into my house, sitting down on my couch, and realizing… I was completely alone. That moment really rattled me. While I had built a successful business, I realized I hadn’t built the kind of life that actually felt nourishing. I was heading toward burnout and didn’t fully realize it yet. I think that’s why this work evolved for me beyond “just” sound healing.
