Former WWE star Curtis Axel (Joseph Curtis Hennig), 46, is facing multiple charges following an alleged DWI incident at a McDonald’s drive-thru in Minnesota on May 17, per a criminal complaint filed in Anoka County. Per the complaint, officers found Hennig slowly navigating the parking lot, detected a strong odor of alcohol, and observed bloodshot eyes and slurred speech. He allegedly refused to exit the vehicle, had to be physically removed, and refused chemical testing. A 750 mL open bottle of Phillips vodka was found on the passenger-side floorboard. He faces five charges: DWI refusal to submit to chemical test (Gross Misdemeanor), DWI operating under the influence, obstruction of a peace officer, open bottle possession, and disorderly conduct.
