A lot of 3D artists are starting to open up about combining 3D with AI — and honestly, I’ve been doing it for almost six months now using Higgsfield, Kling, and more. Through pure experimentation, I’ve found a workflow that actually holds up. Here’s how I use AI in my process: 1. Use AI tools to expedite — not replace. Find references, generate new images from them, and let that inspire your 3D work. It’s a creative starting point, not a shortcut. 2. Lead with your 3D skills, use AI to animate. Build it in 3D first. Then use AI to push the motion further than you could alone. 3. Fill the gaps AI was made for. Can’t afford a live action shoot? No budget for on-location footage? AI handles what’s out of reach — so your renders still feel complete. This is the workflow I keep coming back to. If you’re curious about how to actually implement this, DM me — or drop a 🙋 below and I’ll put together a guide. #Ai #3D #freelance #motiondesigner
