We cofounded the Digital Inclusion Fellowship Program with @ntenorg because equitable access to technology is at the core of GFiber's mission. This program supports the work of leaders who are bridging the digital divide across the US!
One fellow is Natali Betancur, Deputy Director of the Center for Digital Equity at Queens University of Charlotte, where she focuses on how increased technological access and skills drives personal, civil, economic, and community development.
Here's what Natali shared with us this #DigitalInclusionWeek:
- Digital equity is about access and ongoing support for underserved communities.
- Our communities need systems that can adapt to new technology and meet everyone's needs.
- Collaboration is key to amplifying the impact of digital equity work.
