ATL GOT ME STRESSED OUT!! On the bright side I’m one step closer to closing in on a property for my new studio location. A landlord told me they charge $50/sqft a year. I had them requote that I thought I was trippin like do my ears deceive me 😂 But let’s go! I’ve found properties from $.60sqft all the way to $50/sqft. I’ve been shown units with tenants still in them and all type of shit!
