On the Pentecost day when Jesus sent the Holy Spirit with fire, the Holy Spirit worked through the gospel message which was preached that day to bring 3000 people to be baptized. The Holy Spirit also works powerfully for you! He worked through your baptism to create faith in your heart. He works through the message of the gospel to sustain faith, so that we can call on the name of Jesus and be saved.
