Sonny Rollins was a respectful neighbor. More notably, he was one of the greatest saxophonists of his time.⁠ ⁠ To give his neighborhood some peace and quiet away from the wailing of his brass instrument, Rollins took to practicing on the Williamsburg Bridge. During a hiatus from recording music, Rollins was spotted at the bridge every day, no matter the season.
