An Arizona DPS traffic stop in Buckeye led to the recovery of a motorcycle that had reportedly been stolen since 2022. According to AZDPS Highway Patrol, a trooper stopped the motorcycle on May 25 at a Dollar General near Wintersburg and Salome Roads. DPS says the bike had a temporary plate that had been reported as false. After checking the VIN, troopers confirmed the motorcycle had been reported stolen back in 2022. DPS says the driver was arrested without incident and later found to have multiple felony warrants. Officials also said drug paraphernalia was found during the arrest search, and the driver was booked on felony charges. Have a story we should cover? DM us.
