We head to this salad spot at least once a week 🥗 There’s a reason why saladywestminster saladykorea is the number 1 salad spot in Korea and honestly, it might become Colorado’s too! Their food is quick, convenient, healthy, and we still haven’t tried a single thing we didn’t like. We usually go for their bulgogi bowl, but switched it up this time and got the garlic shrimp salad, bibimbap bowl, and loaded eggs. ALL of them were incredible.
