Now, the market is proving the thesis right before our eyes. Pizza Hut is ditching modern and mute and bringing back its iconic 1980s & 1990s setups with the red vinyl booths, checkered tablecloths, Tiffany-style stained-glass lamps, salad bars, Pac-Man arcade machines, and the red plastic cups across 155 locations thanks to franchise owner Tim Sparks.
