Following a 9-minute and 40-second beating, one of the officers—who was later charged but found not guilty—can be heard on tape claiming he used the end of his Taser to smash Kelly's face "to hell," and that he "was on something." But the official toxicology report confirmed Kelly had absolutely zero illicit drugs or alcohol in his system. Kelly wasn't fighting back; he was suffocating under 1,500 pounds of force.
