Venture capital is being rewritten in real time. AI is compressing diligence timelines, new fund structures are emerging, and the best opportunities are increasingly being built far from the traditional hubs. Last week, we were at Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford for a three-day program bringing together 47 participants from 22 markets to explore what venture capital actually looks like in 2026. Arthur Rock, one of Silicon Valley's earliest VCs and a backer of both Apple and Intel, shared a principle he has followed for decades: "I invest in people, people, and people." AI can sharpen pattern recognition, reduce blind spots, and discipline intuition. But it can't replace it. That human element showed up in the data, too, along with how one successful company can create an entire generation of founders and capital allocators. The tools are changing. But the bet is still on the person across the table. #Endeavor #VentureCapital #Oxford #EmergingTech #Entrepreneur...
