8 years of animating logos and I can tell you — the software is never the problem.
Here’s what actually makes animations look cheap:
→ You’re animating everything at the same speed. Real motion has rhythm. Fast in, slow settle. One element breathes, another snaps.
→ You’re using Linear easing. No object in real life moves at a constant speed. Ever. Easy Ease is your baseline, not your flex.
→ Your animation is longer than 10 seconds. The logo reveal should be done before the viewer gets bored. Most pros keep it under 10s provided it explains the actual story behind the brand.
→ You have no anchor point logic. Elements should feel like they belong to the logo, not like they’re flying in from a different universe.
→ You’re skipping the “hold.” A 4–6 frame hold at the peak of a motion = instant professionalism.
The difference between a ₹500 Fiverr animation and a ₹60,000 custom one? Timing. That’s it.
