China has entered its annual wheat harvest season, as harvesting operations are in full swing in the major producing regions including Henan, Anhui, Jiangsu and Hubei. Henan Province, which has over 5.7 million hectares of wheat, so far harvested more than 200,000 hectares. The province mobilized around four million harvesting machines across the region. Starting in early June, areas including Shandong, Hebei, Gansu and Xinjiang will start to harvest the wheat as well.
