Good Day, Friends, A new law signed by govofco helps protect both bears and people by reducing preventable human-bear conflicts. We know that with population centers booming all across the State, human encounters with bears are on the rise, leading to increased conflict, property damage, human injuries, and, most tragically of all, bears losing their lives simply for being bears. By increasing penalties, this new law better enables coparkswildlife to address negligent behaviors that attract bears into human communities. Helping to prevent these conflicts before they happen protects our precious Black Bears and people alike. When nature thrives, we all thrive.
