That’s not a joke. I started offering recruitment services to my clients after I kept hearing from them that it felt “impossible” to source the right talent.
What did I learn?
1️⃣ There’s a TON of highly talented social media professionals out there. The process to find them is just less traditional than how your typical HR agency sources (I do a mix of my own LinkedIn posting & manual TikTok searching if traditional routes don’t work out)
2️⃣ It is VERY clear what makes someone stand out on paper right away. When you manually parse through 300+ resumes, it becomes undeniable what design styles, writing styles, and outreach etiquette make you shortlist someone in 30 seconds.
So I thought I’d share some of that insight.
