#1 advice for candidates? Get very clear on what your core strength is and how you want to feel in a job.
For example: I know the person who submitted this voice note really well.
They’re an incredible content creator who thrives when they can go out, be creative, and come back with 40 videos to ask: “ok what’s approved?” Content creator roles make the most sense for her and they exist a-plenty so there’s no need to seek out analytics type roles.
