Michael Kors is listing his longtime Fire Island retreat for $6.3 million. Tucked inside the secluded Water Island enclave, the oceanfront compound was designed with architect Scott Bromley and blends laid-back beach-house living with elevated modern design. The property features soaring triangular windows, wraparound decks, a plunge pool, and 200 feet of Atlantic Ocean frontage. Kors and his husband, Lance Le Pere, purchased the property in 2001 for $950,000, and if it trades near its asking price, it could become one of the most expensive sales in Fire Island history.
