Where Speed Meets Precision. Check out some of our elite skaters as they carve into the ice with surgical precision. Our methodology doesn’t simply chase speed—it builds the neuromuscular foundation, the postural integrity, and the explosive power required to sustain elite output. From our Pure Skating program to our Power Skating + Strength and Conditioning program we have the option to make you a better and faster skater. Build the foundation. Unlock the velocity. Perform without compromise. Check out our website for all our on-ice programs. —————————————⁣ 📧 onice@shieldperformance.ca⁣ 📞 905-319-9659⁣ 💻Shieldathletics.ca #skating #PowerSkating #skatingmechanics #edgework
