The DPRK marked International Children's Day in Pyongyang with traditional games, music and performances involving local and foreign children.⁣ ⁣ State media footage showed children taking part in activities including jump rope, tug of war and circle dancing, while others performed using traditional Korean instruments such as the Gayageum.⁣ ⁣ According to KCNA, the event was attended by senior officials, foreign diplomats, a delegation of Korean schoolchildren from Japan and overseas Koreans.
