Spent the day exploring the new Discovery Trails area at the @DetroitZoo and this might be one of the coolest new family-friendly attractions to check out in Michigan this summer 🦁🌿✨ One of the biggest highlights was Stingray Cove, where you can actually pet and feed stingrays! It’s such a fun interactive experience for both kids and adults, especially if you’re looking for unique things to do around Metro Detroit this summer. It costs $2 to pet the stingrays and $3 to feed them! I love finding experiences like this that make for an easy day trip, weekend activity, or summer outing in Michigan. Between the walking trails, animal encounters, and all the new interactive experiences, the Discovery Trails area at the Detroit Zoo is definitely worth checking out this season.
