Congrats, Anna! If there’s one word that defines Anna’s four years on this team, it’s adaptability. Anna is that rare, invaluable rower who can seamlessly switch between port and starboard without missing a single beat for the V3 and V4 boats, leading to a massive 1st place finish at the Darnell Winslow Regatta and a silver medal at WMIRAs. But Anna’s versatility doesn’t stop on the water; she is just as adaptable with people, and genuinely everyone on this team loves her. She’s given us so many great memories! I’m sure she can remember one particular practice where it was literally downpouring (you couldn’t see a foot in front of the boat). Everyone was miserable until we all just decided to give up on trying to stay dry and just go with it. That’s the power of Anna. Her friendly energy instantly flipped the mood, turning a soggy practice into a fun memory for the whole boat.
