→ If you can’t explain what a desk does in 2 sentences, you’re not ready for the interview.
Show proof of work.
Post a stock pitch, build a watchlist, or break down an earnings call.
→ Just one solid project can set you apart from 90% of applicants.
Banks open applications as early as August/September, so if you wait until January, you’re already too late.
