I š«¶strava kudos, and thereās no better gym motivation š
#stravapartner Honestly though, posting my COROS workouts to strava is my favorite way to stay up to date with my friends and family (and if they happen to tell me what a good job Iām doing with training, thereās no harm in that š¤·āāļø)
With the new Strava upgrade, my strength training can get the same love as my runs, with listed exercises and a muscle map, my posts give the full picture of what Iām doing during lifts. I can also easily track my exercises, sets, reps, and weights on strava so I can see how hard Iām working and what my overall volume is. Itās super convenient to have all my running and lifting stats in one place so my coach and I can see the full training picture.
I record all of my training on my coros PACE 4 and it auto-uploads to Strava, which is free to download (and this upgraded experience is available to everyone!)
