Should you do cardio in the morning or at night?
The science says there is no single “best” time for everyone. Studies show that both morning and evening cardio can improve heart health, fitness, calorie burn and weight loss. The biggest factor is consistency. The best time to do cardio is the time YOU can stick with week after week.
That said, there are small differences. Morning cardio may help some people build a routine and may support weight management. Evening cardio may allow you to perform a little better because your body temperature, strength, and energy levels are often higher later in the day. But these differences are small compared to simply showing up and doing the work.
If mornings fit your schedule, go in the morning. If evenings work better, go in the evening. The best cardio program is the one you actually do. 💪🏽 (
