This past Thursday and Friday, one of our volunteers, Annie, had the privilege of attending an Electrify Your Career in Motorsports experience at the detroitgp. Hosted by womeninmotorsportsna, in partnership with boschmotorsport and fordracing, the program is designed to provide young women with an immersive chance to see various careers possible in motorsports and to provide guidance and network support. The group got to hear from a lot of amazing women and their own stories about the pathways they took to get to their positions. They also had the opportunity to visit some Ford facilities. The EYC program was welcomed into the paddock, where they were invited into a foxsports broadcasting trailer and various indycar and imsa_racing team garages.
