West Orange High School Class of 2000 graduate Julie John, MD, has built an impressive career in medicine, completing her Internal Medicine residency at Pennsylvania Hospital/University of Pennsylvania and a fellowship in Critical Care Medicine at Henry Ford Health System. Today, while caring for patients in one of medicine’s most demanding specialties, she remains connected to the West Orange community through her family. Her daughter, a member of the Class of 2030, developed her pitching skills and lifelong friendships through MTL Softball, while her son, Class of 2032, has enjoyed playing basketball through Kelly, Edison, and MTL programs. #wopride #AlumniAlert
