Session 2 of the week with our Sask Rush athletes - fan bike conditioning. As the season drags on and fitness and power need to be maintained more than developed, we utilize maximum power fan bike intervals. These are programmed as short intervals (7-10sec) with long recoveries. The fan bike allows us to get meaningful power and conditioning work done with minimal loading to the tissues that need time to recover after intense games. pt. 2/3
