Jacob has been coming to our @team_legacy_sports events since he was 6 years old and is one of our true OG’s, to see him have the confidence to now step up and lead at 12yrs old is what it’s all about. Being a great player is important. But learning how to: ⚾ Support your teammates ⚾ Lead with confidence ⚾ Care for the people around you ⚾ Respect the game that matters even more. Kids learn from what they see every day. That’s why having the right coaches, mentors, and older players around them is so important. When young athletes are surrounded by good examples, they start becoming those examples for others too. This game can teach so much more than baseball if we do it the right way.
