Ingredients:
For the Corn:
* 3 large ears corn, husks removed
* 4 tablespoons butter
* 1 tablespoon avocado oil
* 2 garlic cloves, minced
* 1 teaspoon garlic salt
* 1/2 teaspoon Johnny’s All Purpose Seasoning
Elote sauce:
* 3 tablespoons sour cream
* 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
* Juice from 1/2 lime
* 1/4 teaspoon cumin
* 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
* 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
