I wasn't going to post anything but my calendar challenge on here. However I was privy to a very exciting Yoga opportunity this week that I wanted to post about. Being at Ryerson I have met some amazing people, and have been offered many many amazing opportunities, but this is definitely one of my favourites. I'm so thankful I was in an uplifting environment (@the_eyeopener office), and that all the onlookers were very positive. I also have to thank Sidney, who coached me through a lot of the poses, and stayed strong as my base. So thankful for for all the good vibes this year.
