As Philadelphia begins to prepare for an influx of tourists this summer, SEPTA announced the reopening of the underground corridor that links 15th Street/City Hall and Walnut-Locust stations in Center City. The South Broad Concourse closed at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. It'll be open 15 minutes after the first train leaves Fern Rock Transit Center and close 30 minutes after the last train, according to SEPTA. #septa #philadelphia #philly #centercity
