This week, we stopped by speed training led by Erica Golenzer, our Sports Performance Coach.
The focus? Curved runs — working on pulling outside shoulders in so momentum stays connected, while also breaking down and cutting back for more explosive acceleration ⚡️
Every detail matters when building speed, balance, and power. Fun fact from Coach Erica is that in soccer, 80% of your runs are curved!
