Jolynn comes from generations of dairy farmers on both sides of her family, with roots running deep through Marin and Sonoma Counties. Today, she and her husband Robert own and operate Robert McClelland Dairy, one of the certified organic family farms that supplies our organic milk. As we continue celebrating the Year of the Female Farmer, Jolynn reminds us how much women do to keep dairy farms moving every day. From caring for animals and managing organic certification paperwork to keeping an eye on finances, and making countless decisions behind the scenes, their work touches every part of the farm.
