No mandatory inspection. No repair list to negotiate like in Canada or the United States.
That doesn’t mean you’re left without options. Qualified inspectors do exist here, and I often recommend them to my clients who want to validate the condition of a property before moving forward. But you have to request it — it doesn’t happen automatically.
The reality of the market here is simple: what you see is what you buy.
