Temple Station deputies assigned to the City of Duarte arrested a known felon who was wanted on a felony identity theft warrant. During their investigation, deputies conducted a search and discovered two baggies containing suspected methamphetamine. A criminal history check revealed the suspect had numerous prior convictions for possession of controlled substances. As a result, the suspect was charged with multiple felony offenses, including possession of narcotics with prior convictions. This arrest highlights the proactive work our deputies perform every day to keep illegal narcotics off our streets and enhance the safety of our communities.
