I was 40 pounds overweight and the secret is literally drinking water and cutting the sugar. All forms of sugar.
I got rid of bread, pasta, and cheese for three months. I also made sure to drink at least half a gallon of water per day for about 4 weeks and then I try to manage to just get enough water throughout the day to feel hydrated after that.
Once the food dilemma was taken care of, I did the 3-12-30 method on the treadmill and I did 10 minutes on the stairmaster every day between levels 4 and 7.
