We picked up this butter chicken sauce kfi_sauces from costco_canada , packed some cooked rice in our cooler, and heated the sauce for just 3-4 minutes on our camping stove. We also made some home potatoes on the side (totally optional). The best part? You can add chicken or veggies if you want, but honestly, the sauce is so flavorful that it tastes delicious even on its own with rice. We love making this while camping, and it’s also one of our go-to travel meals whenever we have access to a microwave, kitchen, or camping stove on road trips.
