LA Knight says he's "a man without a country" in WWE right now, and that's the reason his crowd reactions aren't quite as loud as they were at their peak. Speaking on INSIGHT with chrisvanvliet, Knight said the fans are still with him every night but admitted his momentum has cooled. "I still circle around, and they still chant the name. The reason it's not as big as it was is because right now I'm just kind of a man without a country. I don't have a set trajectory at this moment." He compared the current run to last summer's title program with Seth Rollins and The Vision, saying that gave him direction. Now he says he needs a feud fans can invest in: "Something people can sink their teeth into that takes it up from an eight to a 10 and beyond." Knight also pushed back on comparisons to Steve Austin and Daniel Bryan, noting they'd already held titles before their peaks. "What was I doing?
