I was proud to sign a new law to honor the legacy of Magnus White, who was tragically killed while riding his bike near Boulder. Known as Magnus’s Law, this bipartisan bill requires law enforcement officers to offer a voluntary alcohol breathalyzer test to drivers who are involved in severe crashes, making Colorado roads safer for everyone and holding drivers accountable.
