I signed HB26-1069, HB26-1262, and SB26-178 – all of which will help increase access and reduce costs for Coloradans. SB26-178 strengthens Colorado’s health insurance affordability, including reinsurance and premium support, to help keep coverage more stable and save people money. While HB26-1069 and HB26-1262 support our emergency responders and protect access to the medications and medical devices that Coloradans rely on. Together, these laws mean better care, more choices, and lower costs for Coloradans.
