Does this convict you? I believe that our “busy” lives have caused us to forget about others. We’ve lost the zeal to go out and lead others to Christ, yet doing everything for ourselves and our own salvation. We have Good News, yet, we aren’t willing to share it with others. Secretly, we’re selfish and some of us may have the spirit of Jonah and we don’t think that others deserve God’s forgiveness and grace, especially our enemies. We don’t want God to change their lives, we want them to perish because of the hurt they’ve caused us in the past. We don’t want God to be merciful and compassionate to them yet we are thankful that He was merciful and compassionate to us. Is this you? We tend to forget about those who don’t yet know Christ.
