Her path there includes designing Bob Marley t-shirts, ad agency life, a post-2016 election coalition meeting, and what she describes as "a slippery slope" into politics. She lost a mayoral race in Atlantic Beach, FL by eight votes [but who's counting?!] and landed a seat inside the Mayor of Jacksonville's office shortly after.
