Don’t plan the whole week. Don’t look at the pile. Choose the single smallest next task. Your brain can’t process “everything.” It can process “one.”
3️⃣ SHRINK IT UNTIL IT’S EASY:
“Study one chapter” is a threat. “Open the book and study one topic” is doable. Keep shrinking the task until your brain stops panicking and starts moving.
