JUST IN: Police in suburban Lansing are urging residents to shelter-in-place this afternoon as they search for a suspect in a shooting. According to authorities, the shooting occurred in the 2700 block of 170th Street on Thursday. Law enforcement officials are searching for the suspect, who remains at-large at this time. The suspect is described as a Black male, standing 5-feet-8 inches tall and weighing 160 pounds. He was wearing a black hoodie and a white surgical mask, police said.
