An enormous Tyrannosaurus rex known as “Gus” is coming to Sotheby’s Geek Week 2026. Standing over 12 feet tall and stretching nearly 38 feet from nose to tail, this remarkable exhibition-ready specimen preserves 183 fossil bone elements, including an exceptionally rare set of gastralia — or “belly ribs” — rarely seen mounted together.
