On the final day of the Roma 2026 World Taekwondo Grand Prix, seven young Refugee athletes visited the Colosseum, where the World Taekwondo Performance Team and the Italian Taekwondo Federation’s (FITA) Ciao Team delivered an incredible display against the historic backdrop. They were joined by World Taekwondo Council member Maher Magableh, World Taekwondo Council member and FITA President Angelo Cito, and World Taekwondo Secretary General Jeongkang Seo. The visit allowed them to tour one of the world’s most iconic landmarks, adding to a memorable trip for the Refugee athletes.
