A semi rollover on I-8 turned into one of the most Arizona traffic scenes possible… lettuce everywhere. 😭🥬 The Yuma Fire Department says thousands of pounds of lettuce spilled across the side of the freeway after a semi rolled over Monday morning, leaving the driver pinned underneath the truck. Crews had to perform a technical rescue because of the weight of the vehicle and the damage from the crash. The eastbound freeway was shut down for nearly three hours while first responders worked to free the driver. The driver was later airlifted to a Phoenix-area hospital for treatment.
