Victor Wembanyama is just what the NBA needed, with superstars like LeBron, Steph Curry and Kevin Durant on the verge of retirement. Someone openly accepting the responsibility of the “face” of the NBA, without crowning themselves, is incredible for the league. Wemby does it all— goes to bed at 10pm, trains with monks, refuses to promote sodas, 7-foot-5… literally the ideal once-in-a-generation player…. … and he could win his very first championship already at 22-years-old. The NBA is in good hands. I am so excited for the “Wemby” era.
