3️⃣ Amazing FOOD FESTIVALS are taking over Ottawa this weekend! 🍴🥡🥢🥟🍜 Where are you heading first?? Ottawa Ribfest on Sparks St. is a classic, with a great variety of award-winning vendors. I had the chance to be there on Wednesday when it kicked off, and a half rack costs $18, plus beans and coleslaw for an extra $5. The Ottawa Chinatown Night Market is on Somerset St. in the heart of Chinatown and will feature shows and performances throughout each day, including the iconic lion dance. Moreover, its popular Latin Dance Party will happen two nights in a row, on Friday (7pm-11pm) and Saturday (7:45pm-11pm). The Asian Fest Night Market has changed locations this year and will be more centrally located at LeBreton Flats. There will be K-pop performances, live DJs, cultural shows, games and prizes, and of course, amazing food. Entry to all 3 festivals is FREE.
